Jeanine Solotareff was Paul Diel's first Pupil and assistant for more than 20 years.  She continued to develop the Psychology of Motivation, and to transmit his thought, publishing thirteen books so far.

Stéphane Solotareff, who knew Paul Diel since the age of 5, also studied his thought and is involved in its theoretical development, with both his works on Essentiel Management, and Doubt.
